Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to orders placed on the Lunavelle website, accessible at lunavelleart.com, operated by:

1. Products

Lunavelle offers decorative products for sale.

The essential characteristics, dimensions, materials, and other relevant information are provided on each product page. Product photographs are presented as accurately as possible, but slight differences in appearance may occur, particularly due to screen settings and displays.

Products are offered subject to availability.

2. Prices

Prices are displayed primarily in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.

Standard shipping is free.

For customers using another currency, currency conversion may be offered depending on the features available on the store and the payment method used.

Lunavelle reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price remains the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed, except in the event of an obvious pricing error.

3. Orders

Customers must verify the products selected, as well as their contact details and shipping address, before confirming their order.

The order becomes final once payment has been successfully processed.

Lunavelle may refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud, payment issues, product unavailability, or an obvious pricing error. If payment has already been made, the corresponding amount will be refunded.

Minors may place orders under the responsibility of, and where required, with the authorization of their legal guardian.

4. Payment

Full payment is required at the time the order is placed.

The available payment methods are those displayed during checkout on Lunavelle.

5. Cancellation

Customers may request the cancellation of their order as long as it has not yet been shipped.

When cancellation is still possible, the order will be fully refunded.

Once an order has already been shipped, the rules regarding the right of withdrawal and returns will apply.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Lunavelle offers international home delivery.

The total delivery time is generally estimated at 9 to 12 business days, including order processing and shipping. These timeframes are estimates and may be extended due to circumstances beyond Lunavelle's control or carrier delays.

Products may be shipped from fulfillment centers located abroad. An order containing multiple items may be delivered in separate packages.

The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the consumer when they physically take possession of the product.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with applicable consumer law, customers generally have 14 days from the date they receive the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.

Customers must contact Lunavelle at lohan.iss08@gmail.com to obtain return instructions and, when the return is accepted, the necessary return label.

Return shipping costs are covered by Lunavelle.

Following the valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the refund will be issued within the legally required timeframe and, unless impossible, using the same payment method used for the original order.

Additional terms and conditions are specified in the Return Policy available on the website.

8. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If a product is defective, damaged, or does not conform to the order, the customer must contact Lunavelle.

Depending on the circumstances and in accordance with applicable legal guarantees, repair, replacement, or a refund may be offered at no additional cost when the legal requirements are met.

Consumers benefit in particular from the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by applicable law.

9. Liability

Lunavelle shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from a force majeure event or exceptional circumstances reasonably beyond its control, within the limits permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions of Sale limits any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers.

10. Complaints and Disputes

The parties will initially seek to resolve the matter amicably.

For French consumers, Lunavelle must provide free access to a consumer mediator in accordance with the French Consumer Code. The contact details of the competent consumer mediator must be provided to consumers.

Important: As Lunavelle has not currently subscribed to a consumer mediation service, the mediator's contact details cannot yet be included in these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law, without depriving consumers residing in another country of any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable to them under the relevant legislation.
