Shipping Areas

Lunavelle offers home delivery internationally. However, some destinations may not be available depending on carrier availability.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free.

Delivery Times

The estimated total delivery time is 9 to 12 business days, including approximately 2 business days for order processing and 7 to 10 business days for shipping.

These delivery times are estimates only. Exceptional delays beyond our control may occasionally occur, particularly due to shipping carriers.

Shipping Origin

Orders may be shipped from fulfillment centers located abroad and are delivered directly to the address provided when placing the order.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, a tracking number will be provided to the customer after the order has been shipped.

The carrier used may vary depending on the product, destination country, and fulfillment center handling the shipment.

Orders Shipped in Multiple Packages

When an order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped separately. As a result, customers may receive multiple packages on different dates.

Taxes and Additional Fees

Customers are not normally required to pay additional customs duties or import fees upon delivery of their order.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If a package is lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but has not been received, customers are encouraged to contact Lunavelle at lohan.iss08@gmail.com so that we can investigate the situation and, when necessary, submit a claim with the carrier.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided when placing an order is accurate and complete. Lunavelle offers delivery to a physical residential address.
